Science Subjects– Passed 12th grade with Mathematics, Physics, and English from recognized boards with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
Or
completed a three-year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science / Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology) with English as a subject with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in 12th grade if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).
Or
finished a two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics, along with English from recognized boards with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in 12th grade if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).
Other than Science Subjects– Passed 12th grade in any stream/subjects with English from recognized boards with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
– Or, completed a two-year Vocational Course with English as a subject from recognized boards with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in 12th grade if English is not a subject in Vocational Course).

Service PeriodAgniveers can serve in the armed forces for four years under Agneepath scheme.
Life InsuranceAgniveers will be provided life insurance cover of Rs. 48 Lakhs during their engagement period in the Indian Air Force.
Skill CertificateAgniveers will receive a skill-set certificate from the Indian Air Force upon completion of the engagement period.
LeaveAnnual leave of 30 days and sick leave as per medical advice.

Instructions for Filling Online Form
– Indian Airforce has released the Notification for Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2025 Recruitment 2024. Candidates can apply online between 17/01/2024 to 11/02/2024.
Photo Instruction: Submit a passport size recent color photograph (taken not before December 2023) of size 10 KB to 50 KB (front portrait in light background without headgear except for Sikhs). The photograph should be taken with the candidate holding a black slate in front of their chest with their name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters.
– Candidates must read the notification before applying for the recruitment application form in Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2025 Online Form 2024.
– Kindly check and collect all documents including eligibility, ID proof, address details, and basic details.
– Make sure to have scan documents ready related to the recruitment form such as photo, signature, ID proof, etc.
